Ora et labora – Grow your faith and your sales

When life imitates art, or is the other way around?

Sometimes, your emails to customers can just be a stream of consciousness …

If you’re doing it right.

Sometimes, the emails that will resonate the best are the ones you can bang out like a beast.

When the words flow freely, the gold – and the sales – will follow.

So what’s the key?

You have to find a way to find a way to tie whatever it is your writing into your sales pitch.

When you’re writing like this, you’re going to find that the inspiration strikes you at the “weirdest” moments.

I wrote this next bit as a personal email to a friend:

I used to love this movie. What’s been happening lately has me thinking about this part.

World population growth comes to a grinding halt. Freedom is slavery. Extremism runs rampant. The only hope? A baby.

I need some Christmas.

Am I buying into some of the media hype here?

Maybe.

Is that war that shall remain nameless in the front of my mind?

You bet …

And the way the mind works is that it tends to wander and make connections to everything else that’s come before.

Some people clam up in stressful situations.

Some people eat.

And some people start thinking about random movies when their minds are going a mile a minute.

If I can work that personal email into something for my list, I will, and I’d like to tie it into a message of hope, about Christ and His Blessed Mother – especially in times of distress and fear.

Stay holy my friends and God bless.
