Have you ever heard of this guy named Robert Collier?
He was this “self-help” American writer dude from the late 19th and early 20th Centuries.
I’ve never read any of his weirdo “metaphysical” stuff, because, frankly …
I don’t care.
There was another side to Collier, though, one that I’ve done some serious reading about.
He was an ad-guy who was famous for his copywriting skills, and he had this one saying that’s quoted over and over again by modern-day marketing gurus the world over …
A line that applies directly to you and your business …
Something I know will take your email marketing to the next level.
So, what is it?
It’s simple, which means you shouldn’t forget it …
“Always enter the conversation already occurring in the prospect’s mind.”
Think about it …
It makes perfect sense, and a lot of sales, too.
This means you HAVE to get out of your own head when you’re writing your emails, because your pitch has zero to do with you.
The important thing to keep in mind is what’s important to your reader, and I’ll have the goods on that tomorry with a helpful checklist, but it’s nothing I can take credit for.
If you want to read more about Collier’s marketing genius, I highly recommend “The Robert Collier Letter Book.”
Maybe that’s not your thing, and I get it, but I nerd-out for this kind of stuff, so good Catholic entrepreneurs like you don’t have to.
Stay holy my friend and God bless.

Post Post Scriptum – It’s time now for everyone’s favourite email tutorial on QUAS PRIMAS. I love this papal encyclical on The Feast of Christ the King, and all the credit goes to Pope Pius XI. Here’s today’s quote:
“[F]or all men, whether collectively or individually, are under the dominion of Christ. In him is the salvation of the individual, in him is the salvation of society. ‘Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given to men whereby we must be saved.’ He is the author of happiness and true prosperity for every man and for every nation. ‘For a nation is happy when its citizens are happy. What else is a nation but a number of men living in concord?’”
